A little about Kelli...

As a native of Florida's east coast, born in New Smyrna Beach, and raised in Ormond Beach, Volusia County, Kelli is very familiar with all of the reasons why this is a great community to call home! She has a deep appreciation and love for beach sunrises, the local wildlife, and the way it still feels like a small hometown even while it's growing. Kelli has personally observed the extraordinary growth and changes over the years here on the east coast of Florida and has a thorough grasp of market conditions and an understanding of the nuances of this special community. Kelli has been working in the industry since 1999, holding various positions from administrative, marketing, operations, management, executive leadership team, Market Center Trainer, etc. Having that tenure and various roles within a brokerage while working alongside and training both newly licensed and top-producing associates as well as running her own successful real estate team and business has given Kelli a unique perspective on the real estate industry and how The Patton Group can provide meaningful guidance and the ultimate customer service experience to their buyers & sellers. That translates into their customers making wise financial decisions when it comes to their real estate needs. Kelli serves on the local Associate Leadership Council which consists of the top 20% production of the brokerages' associates. She is a member of both the Daytona Beach Area Association of Realtors and the Flagler County Association of Realtors.

A little about BJ

 

Originally from the South Shore, Cape Cod area of Massachusetts, BJ moved to the Central Florida area over 15 years ago to be closer to some of his family. He is grateful to have made the east coast of Florida area his home!  He enjoys all that the local community has to offer such as fishing, kayaking, boating, trails, sports, and all the outdoor! Before BJ began his real estate journey in 2015, he had more than a decade of experience in the hospitality and service industry, where he focused on the customer service experience. This is still true today where his focus is on the best client experience as he guides his buyers and sellers in their biggest financial decisions. BJ is passionate about their clients netting the most amount of money in a transaction whether selling or buying. Providing a seamless experience with consistent communication is a promise BJ is happy to make to each of his valued customers.
